Berth windows are allocated through the Port Community System (PCS). Shipping line agents submit berth requests a minimum of 72 hours prior to ETA. Emergency rebooking due to weather is available 24/7 via the Operations Control Centre at +1 (800) 237-8400.

The full Port Tariff Schedule is available for download in the Compliance section of this page. Tariffs are updated quarterly — the current schedule is effective 01 January 2026. For bespoke volume agreements, contact commercial@berth-port.com.

Gates A through D operate 06:00–22:00 daily. Gates E and F provide 24-hour access for pre-notified refrigerated cargo and hazardous materials. All truck bookings must be made through the Truck Appointment System (TAS) minimum 4 hours in advance.

Yard capacity, block utilisation, and reefer plug availability are updated every 15 minutes in the Terminal section above. API access for TOS integration is available to approved operators — contact it@berth-port.com for credentials.

All import declarations must be lodged with Customs no later than 24 hours before vessel arrival. Export cargo cutoff is 6 hours before vessel departure. The full customs requirements checklist and latest security protocols are included in the Port Handbook.

Terminal 2 Yard has 2,400 reefer plugs at 440V/3-phase. Pre-booking is mandatory for all refrigerated cargo and must be confirmed through the TAS when booking truck delivery. Current availability is shown in real time in the Terminal Operations panel.
